Fluffy tulle makes this adorable tutu one of a kind! Our signature tulle is not scratchy, but super soft. Gathered at the waist into the 1/2" wide elastic allows for additional sizing flexibility and comfort. Silk roses at the waist add a touch of detail. These tutus are made with care in Canada, and are a favorite essential piece with all little ballerinas and fairies.
